Tips for New Program Submissions
They do not need to be completed sequentially, working on all forms for submission together can save time in the workflow!
- Get new program exploration submitted ASAP.
- Work on completing new program proposal as soon as exploration is submitted. You can save your work so it is ready to submit immediately upon exploration approval.
- Work on completing HLC forms immediately.
Tip for New Course Submission Seeking ES Validation
Submit in Courseleaf and to Essential Studies at the same time. You do not need to wait for the course to be approved/created before submitting information to ES Committee.

Need CourseLeaf access to submit or approve requests? Contact the Registrar's Office at 701.777.2711. CourseLeaf forms may be accessed in the how-to guides below or on the Curriculum Committee Forms page.
