Stay informed through the admissions process.
Get text messages about dates, deadlines and other important UND admissions information and opportunities. You'll also receive relevant information regarding your campus visit.
Admissions text messaging is a supplemental means of communication rather than a primary communication tool. It is primarily used to send time-sensitive communications. Emergency notifications are managed separately and not part of admissions texting.
Receive UND Admissions Text Messages
To receive text messages from the UND Admissions team, make sure to include your mobile phone number when filling out your Request Information Form and/or Admissions Application to UND.

Cost to Receive Text Messages
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier regarding the cost of sending and receiving text messages from your phone.
Message Frequency & Timing
Message frequency may vary, but is typically one message per week.
Messages may be distributed to all incoming students or to defined student segments, as appropriate to the message.
Messages will be sent between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. U.S. Central Standard Time.
Opt-Out Instructions
At any time, you may text STOP to opt-out from receiving messages.
If you experience difficulty unsubscribing yourself, we can do it for you. Please email admissions@UND.edu and be sure to specify the phone number you want unsubscribed.

Admissions text messages are monitored and managed by the Office of University Admissions in accordance to the University's mission as well as applicable state and federal laws. Email admissions@UND.edu for general questions or assistance.
Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. We do not take or collect data beyond your cell phone number and directory information. Your number will never be sold to third parties or shared with other third parties.
Disclaimer of Liability
Alerts and messages sent via SMS may not be delivered for a number of reasons including if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond control may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, and proximity to buildings, foliage and weather. No guarantee is made that alerts or messages will be delivered, and neither we nor the carriers will be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers
Service is available on all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, T-Mobile, AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS, and Virgin Mobile.
