International Student & Scholar Services

Walk-ins Canceled for the Week of Oct. 15

Due to the International Center Staff being gone for a conference, there will be no appointments, walk-ins, or, travel signatures, letters, or any other services available from Monday, Oct. 15 to Friday, Oct. 19. Students who were notified their documents were ready before October 15 will still be able to pick those up.  Please note that we will have limited availability to check email.  Please plan ahead to have any needed assistance done before the week of Oct. 15.  All services at the International Center will resume on Monday, Oct. 22.

International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) provides advising services to students studying on F, J, and M visas at the University of North Dakota. International students are subject to regulatory requirements, and ISS is here to help.

While maintaining legal status is the responsibility of the student, ISSS provides orientation, advising and resources for students throughout their time at UND. Additional services include providing information for faculty and staff working with international students and support for cultural programming for students and the community.

Immigration law and enforcement often change. Please be sure to stay up to date with the latest news and information.
