One-Stop Student Services is specialized in assisting you with financial aid, billing, and payments. We'll also help connect you to resources on campus for other questions you may have.
Dates & Deadlines
Check the Academic Calendar to stay on top of important dates and deadlines, such as knowing when Campus Connection charges are due, when refunds will be issued, and when is the last day to add or drop classes.

Virtual Services
The following services can be handled outside of our physical office:
- U Card – Order your U Card online. You will receive an email when it is ready for pickup.
- Registration Action Cards – Complete the Registration Action Form online.
- Submitting Required Documents – You can submit documents, including the Verification Document Upload Form, electronically using Secure File Drop. You may also submit your documents via fax, mail, or the Drop Box outside of our office.
- Scholarship or Other Checks – You can mail checks or use the drop box outside of our office in the Memorial Union.

Walk-in appointments are available from 8:15 a.m. - 4 p.m. (M, W, Th, F) and 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Tuesday). We're also happy to set up a face to face, phone, or a virtual meeting with a financial aid advisor.

Registrar's Office
The Office of the Registrar assists students with registration, helps to maintain academic records, verifies transcripts, manages the course catalog, and assists with class scheduling. They offer several options to take care of business electronically or in-person.
Student Employment
Working part-time on campus is a great way to help pay for educational expenses while gaining valuable work experience. This is a great option for students who need flexible hours around class schedules.
