Membership dates are as follows for fee paying enrolled students:

  • Enrolled Spring 2023: Jan. 1 - May 14
  • Enrolled Summer 2023: May 15 - Aug. 20
  • Enrolled Fall 2023: Aug. 14 - Dec. 31
  • Enrolled Spring 2024: Jan. 1 - May 12

If you are enrolled and verified in Campus Connection prior to the start of the academic semester, your membership will be active on the start date of the semester.

Example
Registered for fall semester classes on June 15, 2021. Student Membership is active on August 21, 2021.

If you enroll for classes after the start of the academic semester has begun, it will take up to 24 hours for your membership to be verified in Campus Connection and be activated.

Example

There are some class registrations (some graduate programs, visiting scholars, waivers) that do not require the payment of mandatory student fees. If mandatory student fees are not paid, then the student would be eligible to purchase a "Non-Fee Paying Student" Membership.

Non-Fee Paying Students

Non-Fee paying students are those who registered for classes that are not paying mandatory student fees or may be a student who is not enrolled in the current semester but is enrolled in a future semester (ex. not enrolled in summer classes, but enrolled in Fall classes). Non-enrolled students are still eligible for a membership, but they must purchase one at the current student membership rate. Individuals must have been enrolled in the previous semester AND must be enrolled in the following semester to be eligible for this membership rate.

Any incoming student attending the University of North Dakota is eligible for membership prior to the start of the academic year once they provide appropriate documentation. Accepted forms of documentation are a UND acceptance letter or a class registration document.

Non-Fee Paying Student Rates

  • Fall or Spring Semester =$135
  • Summer Semester= $90
  • Month =$30
  • 1 Day= $5

A waiver of liability must be signed annually by all users of the facility in order to use the UND Wellness Center.
