Burgers on the Boulevard

UND's favorite summer tradition is returning on June 5!

All faculty, staff, students and the general public are invited to enjoy grilled-to-order burgers, veggie burgers, and brats on the Memorial Union patio, located on the south side of the building.

• Every Wednesday, weather permitting
• June 5 through August 7, 2024 (closed July 3rd)
• 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Located at the Memorial Union, pay for your grilled item, drink and sides at 1883 Grill.
  • Express Convenience Store and Starbucks will also be open for additional drinks and sides.

How To Order

1. Grab your friends and head to the 1883 Grill located on the first floor of the Memorial Union. Follow posted signs for the line formation.
2. Review the menu posted by the kiosks.
3. Place your cashless order of your grill item, drink, and sides on your mobile device or the 1883 Grill ordering kiosks.
4. Hang out at 1883 Grill until your name is called. You will be given a receipt with your sides and cup here by a dining employee.
5. Do not lose your receipt.
6. Bring your receipt to the grill, located on the south side of the Memorial Union, and present it to The Grillmaster. 
7. When your grilled item is ready, The Grillmaster will call your name. 
8. Pick up your order and enjoy your meal!
9. Stop by Starbucks or Express Convenience Store if you would like other drinks or sides.
