Anytime Access means you can enter Wilkerson Dining Center as many times as you like throughout the day. Come in for a meal, snack, or beverage any time the dining center is open - no meals to count.

The University of North Dakota shall furnish board in consideration of payment of the fee in effect during the selected contract period(s).

- The 2024 Fall contract period starts with brunch on Saturday, August 24, 2024 and ends with brunch on Sunday, December 22, 2024. The 2025 Spring contract begins with brunch on Sunday, January 12, 2025 and ends with brunch on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
- The above-stated amount shall be billed to the contract holder’s University account to the selected term per semester or pro-rated from the date of signature. This contract shall be canceled if the contract holder has not registered or withdraws from the University prior to the start of the contract period.
- Anytime Access Platinum, Gold and Silver meal plans are a full semester plan serving an unlimited number of meals seven days a week. Anytime Access Bronze meal plan is a full semester plan that can only be used Monday – Friday. Meals that are part of the Anytime Access plans are not restricted by meal zones. Meals zones are defined as breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
- Anytime Access meals are non–transferable. Holiday-related and other closings are posted at each location. Hours of operation can be found at UND.edu/dining.
- Anytime meal access pertains to meals served in Wilkerson Dining Center. Students who choose to use their Anytime Access meal plan for take out or extended dinner take out at Wilkerson are limited to one meal swipe per breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods. Additional information regarding the take-out service can be found at UND.edu/dining.
- Students have the option of using their meal plan at University Ave Pizza, 1883 Grill and Dakota Deli located in the Memorial Union for a meal equivalency. Meal plan holders are allowed two meal swipes per day and are limited to one meal swipe per lunch and dinner period. After two meal swipes have been utilized in a day, meal plan holders will not be able to use the equivalency until the following day. Additional meals can be accessed at Wilkerson Dining Center. Additional information regarding a meal equivalency can be found at UND.edu/dining.
- Dining Dollars can be redeemed at any Dining Services location, A ten percent (10%)
discount is applied to the purchase of meals with Dining Dollars at the Wilkerson

- Bonus Meals can be redeemed by you or a guest at Wilkerson Dining Center. Meal plan holder must be present.
- Additional Dining Dollars can be purchased as an add-on to this contract and will expire at the end of this contract unless a spring meal plan is purchased. To purchase, visit the GET App.
- The unused balance of Bonus Meals on the last day of the semester are forfeited.
- Any unused balance of fall only Dining Dollars at the end of the fall semester is forfeited on the last day of the fall semester. If a Fall and Spring meal plan is purchased any remaining balance of Dining Dollars from the fall semester will be carried over to your spring semester meal plan.
- Redemption of meals requires a finger scan or a current machine–readable University of North Dakota identification card. Replacement cards are available at the U Card office.
- Contract change dates can be found at UND.edu/dining. Posted notices in the dining centers will serve as official notice regarding when to apply for changes or cancellations (“Contract Change Period”).
Requests for cancellation must be emailed to the Director of Dining Services at dining@UND.edu during the Contract Change Period. Credits for the unused portion are prorated from the effective cancellation date and applied to the contract holder’s University account.

- The Block Meal Plan is a declining balance plan that runs from the beginning of the semester to the end of the semester. Block meals do not carry over from one semester to the next. The Block Meal Plan is not restricted by meal zones and does not reset each day or week. Meal zones are defined as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Dining Dollar Meal Plans
- If you pay with dining dollars, you will not have to pay the 7% tax that you would pay if you paid with cash or credit/debit card.
- Dining dollars can be used at all dining locations across campus, including select vending machines.
- Use dining dollars to pay for a meal at the dining center and receive 10% off the meal price.

The 2025 Spring contract begins with brunch on Sunday, January 12, 2025 and ends with brunch on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Schedules of operation will be posted prior to dining centers closing for holiday weekends and break periods as defined herein.
- The above stated amount shall be billed to the contract holder’s University account to the selected term per semester. This contract shall be canceled if the contract holder has not registered or has withdrawn from the University prior to the start of the contract period.
- All students with a meal plan must utilize biometrics by scanning their fingerprint or present a machine-readable U Card with an identifiable picture for dining center access. Students can enroll their fingerprints during orientation or at Wilkerson Dining Center.

Student Meal Plan Extras
- Dining dollars, and meal swipes can be used through the Grubhub Mobile App for on-campus dining locations.
- Guest Meals can be used by you or a guest at Wilkerson Dining Center and as a meal equivalency at 1883 Grill, Dakota Deli, and University Ave Pizza.
- Special food services are available for student's with meal plans, including sick track, sack lunches, and your very own birthday cake.
$10 Meal-Swipe Equivalency
- $10 Meal-Swipe equivalency can be used in the Memorial Union at 1883 Grill, Dakota Deli, or University Ave Pizza.
- Meal plan holders are allowed two meal swipes per day and are limited to one meal swipe per lunch and dinner period.
- Lunch: 10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Dinner: 3:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Totals over $10 must be paid with Dining Dollars or U-cash.
- Credit/debit card payments can't be used to cover totals that are over $10.
- Only one beverage (fountain or bottle) is allowed per meal-swipe equivalency purchase.

- Parents and guardians can also load additional funds onto their students account utilizing GET.

*Students living in Swanson Hall and University Place that are not required to live on campus due to the first year live on requirement are not required to purchase a meal plan. These students may choose from one of the non-residence hall student meal plan options if they wish.
