Non-Residence Hall Student Meal Plans

The University of North Dakota shall furnish board in consideration of payment of the fee in effect during the selected contract period(s).

1. The 2024 Fall Contract period starts with brunch on Saturday, August 25, 2024 and ends with brunch on Sunday, December 22, 2024. The 2025 Spring Contract begins with brunch on Sunday, January 12, 2025 and ends with brunch on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
2. The above-stated amount shall be billed to the contract holder’s University account to the selected term per semester or pro-rated from the date of signature. This contract shall be cancelled if the contract holder has not registered or withdraws from the University prior to the start of the contract period.
3. Anytime Access meals can be redeemed at Wilkerson Dining Center and Dakota Deli, University Ave Pizza and 1883 Grill located in the Memorial Union. Anytime Access meals are non–transferable.  Holiday-related and other closings are posted at each location.  Hours of operation can be found at edu/Dining.  
4. Anytime Access Platinum, Gold & Silver meal plans are a full semester plan serving an unlimited number of meals seven days a week. Anytime Access Bronze meal plan is a full semester plan that can only be used Monday – Friday.  Meals that are part of the Anytime Access plans are not restricted by meal zones.  Meals zones are defined as breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 
5. Anytime meal access pertains to meals served in Wilkerson Dining Center. Students who choose to use their Anytime Access meal plan for Take Out from Wilkerson, Wilkerson extended dinner take out, and Dakota Deli, University Ave Pizza and 1883 Grill located in the Memorial Union are limited to one meal swipe per breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.
6. Dining Dollars can be redeemed at any Dining Services location: Wilkerson Express & Stomping Grounds in Wilkerson Commons, Dakota Deli, University Ave Pizza, 1883 Grill, Starbucks, Panda Express, Chick-fil-A in the Memorial Union and Coke and Pepsi Vending Machines.  A ten percent (10%) discount is applied to the purchase of meals with Dining Dollars at the Wilkerson Dining Center only.
7. Bonus Meals can be redeemed by you or a guest at Wilkerson Dining Center. Meal plan holder must be present.
8. Additional Dining Dollars can be purchased as an add-on to this contract and will expire at the end of this contract unless a spring meal plan is purchased. To purchase, visit the GET App at cbord.com/UND.  
9. The unused balance of Bonus Meals on the last day of the semester are forfeited.                         
10. Any unused balance of fall only Dining Dollars at the end of the fall semester is forfeited on the last day of the fall semester. If a fall & spring meal plan is purchased any remaining balance of Dining Dollars from the fall semester will be carried over to your spring semester meal plan. 
11. Redemption of meals requires a finger scan or a current machine–readable University of North Dakota identification card. Replacement cards are available at the U Card office.  More information on how to obtain a replacement card can be found at edu/One-Stop.
12. Contract change dates can be found at edu/Dining. Posted notices in the dining centers will serve as official notice regarding when to apply for changes or cancellations (“Contract Change Period”).    

Requests for cancellation must be emailed to the Director of Dining Services at dining@und.edu during the Contract Change Period.  Credits for the unused portion are prorated from the effective cancellation date and applied to the contract holder’s University account.

3. The Block Meal Plan is a declining balance plan that runs from the beginning of the semester to the end of the semester. Block Meals do not carry over from one semester to the next.  The Block Meal Plan is not restricted by meal zones and does not reset each day or week.  Meal zones are defined as breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

3. Identification: All students with a meal plan must utilize biometrics by scanning their fingerprint or present a machine-readable U Card with an identifiable picture for dining center access. Students can enroll their fingerprints during orientation or at Wilkerson Dining Center.
4. Dining Dollars can be redeemed at any Dining Services location: Wilkerson Dining Center, Wilkerson Express Convenience Stores and Stomping Grounds, Memorial Union Locations: Express Convenience Store, Starbucks, Panda Express, Chick-fil-a, 1883 Grill, University Ave Pizza, and Dakota Deli.  A ten percent (10%) discount is applied to the purchase of meals with Dining Dollars at the Wilkerson Dining Center only.
5. The unused balances of dining dollars, board and bonus meals on the last day of the semester are forfeited.
6. Board contract change dates can be found at UND.edu/dining. Posted notices in the dining centers will serve as official notice regarding where and when to apply.
7. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Director of Dining Services, located at 3625 Campus Road during the board contract change period (see item #9 for where dates can be found). Credits for the unused meals and dining dollars are applied to the contract holder’s University account.
