Enjoy savory snacks, sweet treats, and hearty meals from the Memorial Union restaurants without leaving the comfort of your favorite on-campus hangout spot! The robots provide a safe, fast, affordable and environmentally friendly delivery.

How to Order Kiwibot Food Delivery
Ready to try the future of food delivery?
- Download the Grubhub app.
- Go to Account → Campus Dining.
- Select University of North Dakota from the list and fill out the prompts.
- Go to the homepage and order from any restaurant labeled “Offers Robot Delivery”!
Plus, your Dining Dollars can be synced to Grubhub so that you can order from your favorite campus restaurants, like Chick-fil-A and Panda Express!
To file a report in the Grubhub app, open your order details and tap “Help” in the upper right corner. From there, follow the prompts and choose the option that best describes your issue. Grubhub customer support will contact you via the email address or phone number listed on your account.
The Kiwibots have mapped out campus with pinned spots marking each location it can deliver to. You’ll be able to see precisely where it will be waiting for you on the tracker. If your tracker is malfunctioning, check the main entrance to the building. You will have 10 minutes to meet with your Kiwibot to collect your order before it leaves.
The Kiwibots can deliver anywhere on campus within a 1-mile radius of the Memorial Union. Unfortunately, we cannot set them up to deliver further than that, or any off-campus property. You can meet your Kiwibot for delivery at the nearest campus-affiliated location. For specific location-related questions, please contact Dining Services at dining@UND.edu.
Please follow the instructions in the Grubhub app for when your Kiwibot arrives to open the lid. If the Kiwibot tracker in Grubhub is not working for you, meet your Kiwibot at the main entrance of the building, wave in front of it to get the sensors to notice you there, and wait for the lid to open (it may take a moment). If your Kiwibot fails to arrive or leaves before it completes your delivery, please file a report in the Grubhub app.
The Kiwibots are equipped with security cameras that management and law enforcement can access to identify the perpetrator(s) involved. Please report any missing orders/items in the Grubhub app. Contact UPD or Dining Services to report any information regarding theft or vandalization of the Kiwibots.
This is an unfortunate glitch that some people have been experiencing. Please uninstall the Grubhub app from your phone and re-install it to fix the problem. If you continue to experience this problem after re-installing, file a report in the Grubhub app.
The Kiwibots do not have the space for more than one meal per delivery. If you and a friend order more than one meal on one delivery, your delivery may be cancelled. You must place separate orders.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer Starbucks for Kiwibot delivery, as they are not one of our Grubhub partners. Stay tuned for potential Stomping Grounds availability in the future!
