Block Meal Plans & Dining Dollars Contract

This form is only for off-campus, greek, UND apartment, Swanson Hall or apartment-style housing students.

All residence hall students, except for those living in Swanson Hall, are required to select one of the Anytime Access Meal Plans during the room selection process in Housing Self Service.
