How Online Degrees Work
With the online Psychology program, you can earn your bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota while you continue to work. The entire degree is offered online; you are not required to come to campus at any time.
Your transcript and diploma will look the same as for a student who graduated from UND by taking traditional, on-campus courses.
Interact in a Virtual Classroom
As an online student, you will participate in most class activities at the time and place of your choice. You will use Web-based tools to:
- access course materials
- submit assignments
- communicate through message boards
- participate in discussions through threaded discussion tools
- take tests
- receive your grades
Opportunities for "Live" Web Discussions
Some courses may have opportunities for class discussions or chat sessions that are conducted "live" over the Internet. "Live" online discussions are held at set times that are convenient for most students, such as in the evenings or weekends, and many of these are optional.
If you miss a class, you may review recorded classroom lectures and discussions that are accessed through the Internet at any time.
